Minimising disruption

Testing may require circuits or parts of the installation to be isolated. Before the appointment, we discuss access, operating hours, sensitive equipment and any essential circuits so the inspection can be planned safely and with minimal disruption.

Commercial EICRs are quoted according to the number of circuits, distribution boards, site conditions, access and any out-of-hours requirements. Send us the property type, postcode and approximate circuit count for a written quotation.

After the inspection

You receive an EICR showing whether the installation is satisfactory or unsatisfactory. If remedial work is required, we explain the observations and provide a separate quotation. Remedial work is not included in the inspection price unless agreed in writing.
